  • Worry, grief, fear, anger and mental tension destroys vitality and essence of life.

  • Pursue excellent knowledge, gain worldly experience, incorporate  religious and spiritual thoughts and be inspired by the wisdom of great saints, listen to divine songs (Bhajans) and constantly try to control your mind through right knowledge.

  • Don’t withhold the natural flow of urine or faeces.

  • Take care to keep your surroundings clean follow the princples of hygiene.

  • Take an early morning stroll as per your capacity. If possible do brisk walking. Remember that a leisurely walk in open spaces and in an unpolluted atmosphere, an hour before sunrise and an hour after sunset, is good for health.

  • Refrain from keeping awake at night, sleeping during the day, over indulgence in sex and wandering in the hot sun. Protect yourself from bitter cold winds.

  • Proper diet and meals at regular intervals, definite discipline, routine life style are all essential for a healthy living.
